DP01b- Troi Supreme Power

On the occasion of 24th of 6th lunar month this year which is the 64th billion year birth day of Supreme Power Troi, the author would like to provide some information as below for your better understanding about Troi.

Troi (Troi name is OAGHY) is the Supreme Power Creator of the Universe so has the full name as Troi Supreme Power in Universe, shortly called Troi. Troi is the Creator created the Universe (consisting of planets and systems of planets) and man (including Rough Man and Astral Man).

Troi has 5 constituent Departments which are Kim Department (Troi name is Bahy Kim), Moc Department (Bahy Mok), Thuy Department (Bahy Txuy), Hoa Department (Bahy Xoa) and Tho Department (Bahy Txo). When Troi was just formed Troi had 30 members (called FADAO), each Department has 6 members. Members of Troi are those from the rank of Upper Buddhas who are transferred up when they meet conditions to be a member of Troi.

Today, Troi has about 600 members FADAO, constituting Troi Council called DOHOFA. Among these members there are 9 key members called VUKY constituting the Supreme Organ of Troi (called HYGHU Council). HYGHU quickly decides every day work of Troi. Each member FADAO is assigned with the task of managing and supervising all actions of planets and men in the Universe. Troi manages Universe and men with the system of Txe levels and the system of Psyche-sphere placed covering each planet. The Txe levels of Troi were created along with formation of Troi and the Psyche-sphere is created along with the formation of each planet.

Troi created the Universe about 14.4 billion years ago by rotating of 5 constituent Departments Kim Moc Thuy Hoa Tho. At the beginning the Universe was very pristine. During the last 14.4 billion years, Troi has been continuously creating planets and systems of planets and men (including Rough Men and Astral Men) in the whole Universe, until today. Till now, Troi has created billion billion billion billion (4 words billion, i.e 10³⁶) of planets, 747 systems of planet, 3 Galaxies, 48 billion Astral men and about 39.3 billion Rough men in all 5 mankind-bearing planets in the Universe. The merit of Troi in creating Universe and men is so great that there have no word to describe.

Troi is operating all activities of the planets, systems of planets and men in the Universe through Troi’s system of Departments and Councils below Troi. They are Kim Moc Thuy Hoa Tho Departments which follow order of Troi to directly instruct the operation of planets and systems of planets in the whole Universe. The Highest Universal Council FOGHY is the Standing Authority of Troi, follows order of Troi to operate all the activities of men (both Rough men and Astral men) in the Universe. FOGHY consists of Emperor Councils – KYFU led by an Emperor (for maintaining the enforcement of the Laws of Troi) and the Buddha-God Council – DOHIZ once led by Shakyamuni Buddha, now Van Van Quang Buddha (for maintaining the awareness of the Universal Existence and Chan Thien Nhan (Truthfulness, Goodness and Perseverance). Troi established the Highest Universal Council – FOGHY more than 2300 years ago. Before that the Standing organ of Troi was called Standing Three Jewels.

Troi supervises every activity and operation of planets and men in the Universe by the systems of Psyche-sphere enclosing each planet and the system of Txe levels of Troi. These are the tools of Troi placed on each planet and in each man in the Universe. This supervision is so close to every single activity happened in the Universe.

Troi decides the promotion or demotion for the level of Upper Buddhas and Highest Revered Buddhas in the Highest Universal Council FOGHY. Troi also appoints the Highest Revered Buddha to lead FOGHY and the Leader of each Troi Departments on term basis. All Departments and Councils under Troi are bound by the Law of Birth and Death of Troi. Only Troi Supreme Power is everlasting.

Troi promulgated 9 basis Laws of Troi and uses the Emperor Council headed by the Emperors to obligate all beings, objects, events and phenomenon in the Universe to follow these Laws. Thanks to this, the Universe has been operating seamlessly and harmoniously for more than 14 billion years and increasingly develops to higher level. This is the incredible leadership of Troi.

How to worship Troi Supreme Power?

Troi Supreme Power is worshiped by Rough men in all 5 mankind bearing planets in the Universe. It’s not easy to be able to worship Troi. From past till now, Rough men on Earth has been worshiping Troi in the sense that they are worshipping the Emperors (as sons of Troi) or worshipping of Gods (as sons of Troi) but it is not actually worshiping of Troi Supreme Power. Worshiping of Troi Supreme Power is worshiping of the Creator of the Universe. Troi Supreme Power is worshiped in pagoda, temple or in public door area, but not on altar at home. Statute for worshiping can be picture of Troi (Picture 1) made by wood or stone globe. Only Rough men who attained Upper Buddha Level can invite Troi to accept Troi picture or Troi globe. At the date 26^th of 6^th lunar month year Mau Tuat (i.e 7^th August 2018), for the first time ever in the whole Universe, a ceremony was solemnly organized at Troi Buddha Temple in Hanoi for the anniversary of Troi’s 64 billion years birth day to show our gratitude to and our solid noble belief in the leadership of Troi. At this ceremony, Troi Supreme Power and all members of Troi Council, the Highest Universal Council - FOGHY, kings and their mandarins/officials from the last 10 thousand years from all over the 5 mankind bearing planets in the Universe attended.

1). Till this June 2018, there are 4 Highest Revered Buddhas in the Universe. They are: Bhaiṣajyaguru Buddha, Cundi Buddha, Shakyamuni Buddha and Van Van Quang Buddha. Van Van Quang Buddha is leading the Highest Universal Council FOGHY (previously called Standing Three Jewels) replacing Shakyamuni Buddha who has just retired from his term.
