Upper Buddhas are once those Rough Men on mankind bearing planets in the whole Universe who have attained enlightenment at the highest level called Upper Buddhas. They, being the highest Astral Men dwelling in the invisible space, are guiding human being (both Rough Men and Astral Men) in the whole Universe to practice their mind and develop their virtue toward Chan, Thien, Nhan (Truth, Goodness, Patience) day by day. Upper Buddhas are truly treasured Astral Men in this Universe. This is a fact, a truth, and not a legend and must never be seen as superstition.

2. Level of Upper Buddhas

Astral Men called Buddha can be categorised into 3 levels, as follows:

+ Phat (Buddha (no concrete name), there are thousands of them.

+ Thuong Phat (High Buddha). Their names are such as Manjusri Bodhisattva, buddha name ROCA (meaning rose light); Samantabhadra Bodhisattva, Buddha name LOAVA (meaning resounding) or Dai Hai Bodhisattva, buddha name POVE, (meaning harmony), etc... There are hundreds of them; and

+ Duc Phat (Upper Buddha), there are 14.

Figure 1 illustrates levels in the invisible/Heavenly space among which 3 levels called Duc Phat (Upper Buddhas), Duc Phat Nhu Lai (Tathāgata Upper Buddha) and Phat To Nhu Lai (Tathāgata Founder Buddha) who is the highest. 16 Duc Phat (Upper Buddhas) dwell in these three levels. Below Duc Phat (Upper Buddha) level, going counter clockwise, are the Thuong Phat (Higher Buddha) level (buddhas with names like Manjusri Bodhisattva, Samantabhadra Bodhisattva…), then Phat (Buddha (no concrete name). Farther below are La Han (Arhat) level, Kim Cuong Bo Tat (Colossus Bodhisattva) Level, Cao Tang (High Virtue-bonze) Level, Tien Than (Divinity) Level, Than Linh (Deity) Level and lastly De level which is the lowest where lay man’s astral will dwell when they die. These levels are classified in accordance with the subtleness of light in each level. In particular, De level has the subtleness of light at 10^-11m, whilst the Tathāgata Founder Buddha has the subtleness of light at 10^-32m, far more subtle than De level. Looking at these numbers in each level, one can see the respective spiritual power of them.

All Duc Phat (Upper Buddha) were once Rough Men from the five mankind bearing planets in Universe. (see also Ep3- Order of Universe Operation)

3. Grade of Duc Phat (Upper Buddha)

In accordance with the instruction of Shakyamuni Buddha, Duc Phat (Upper Buddha) is further categorised into Thuong Ton (Highest/Top Revered) grade and 10 lower grades, from 1 to 10 with 10 as the highest. In particular, the existing 14 Duc Phat (Upper Buddha) are categorised as follows:

+ Thuong Ton (Highest/Top Revered) Buddha: there are 4 of them, categorised as below:

Phat To Nhu Lai (Tathāgata Founder Buddha) is the highest, there is only one who is Shakyamuni, Buddha name LANTIG meaning pervasive . He was a Nepalese, a third prince of a king when he was living on Earth.

Duc Phat Nhu Lai (Tathāgata Buddha), there are 3 of them, who are:

- Bhaiṣajyaguru, Buddha name BIROL meaning save the world, a Sri Lankan (a lay man, pharmacist, province chief, who attained Buddhahood),

- Cundi, Buddha name OLMO meaning Gooness, a Burmese (a lay man, public servant, who attained Buddhahood), and

- Van Van Quang, meaning Bright clouds, a Vietnamese, public servant attained Buddhahood. Troi has conferred Thuong Ton Buddha on him at 6/5/2018 on the Bong Lai hill in Hong Duc commune, My Duc District, Hanoi city.

All Duc Phat Thuong Ton (Highest/Top Revered) Buddha, have led the Tam Bao/Three Jewels FOGHY.

+ Duc Phat (Noble/Upper Buddha): there are 10 of them, categorised as below:

Duc Phat (Upper Buddha) grade 10: there are 4. In particular: 2 from Zoh- the biggest and most civilised planet (there are HIGHA LAN & GAL HIV); 1 from Thiaooba- the third biggest and third civilised planet (there is Hil Gal).

The five mankind bearing planets in Universe distance from each other in million years of light.(see also Ep4. Some information about Universe ).

Duc Phat (Upper Buddha) grade 9: there are 6: Zoh 1 (GALI)+ Hoph 2 (AOGI GAL & GALA LIV) + Dhot 1 (is HALA)+ Tzod- Earth 2.

The 2 upper Buddha from Earth are:

Avalokiteśvara, Buddha name AOPNABA meaning charity– an Indian (who was the third princess of a king, who attained Buddhahood).

Mahasthamaprapta, Buddha name BIGA meaning strength – a Burmese (who was the fourth son of a king, who attained Buddhahood) , and

Duc Phat (Upper Buddha) grade 8: there are one Vietnamese:

Dai Duc Pho Buddha, meaning high vertue – (a king of Tran dynasty). He was honoured to grade 8 Noble Buddha 61 years ago.

There are no Duc Phat (Upper Buddha) of grade 7,6,5,3,2,1 in Universe.

Now you have learnt that all Duc Phat (Upper Buddha) were once real Rough Men who attained Buddhahood.

4- Leading the Tam Bao /Three Jewels/

4 Duc Phat Thuong Ton (Highest/Top Revered) Buddhas have once led the Tam Bao /Three Jewels/ Troi name is FOGHY, in chronical order, as follows:

Bhaiṣajyaguru Buddha, who was the first Leader the Three Jewels, 5,324 years from 2018.

Cundi Buddha, succeeded 3,936 years ago

Amitabha Buddha, succeeded 2916 years ago

Shakyamuni Buddha, has been leading the Three Jewels from 2,132 years ago until 2018.

5- Spiritual Power/Strength

Spiritual Power of Duc Phat (Upper Buddha) is measured by the subtleness of their Astral’s light. The more subtle this light the more powerful their spirit is. In particular:

The subtleness of Shakyamuni Buddha’s Astral is about 10^-32 m;

Those of Duc Phat Nhu Lai (Tathāgata Buddha) (Bhaiṣajyaguru Buddha, Cundi Buddha, Amitabha Buddha and Van Van Quang Buddha) is about 10^-15 m

Those of Duc Phat (Noble/Upper Buddha) is about 10^-11.5 m

(The size of a nano, can’t be seen by eye, is about 10^-9 m, i.e one billionth of a meter. So the subtleness of Duc Phat’s Astral (Upper Buddha) is far beyond the size of a nano).

6- Travelling Speed

In comparing with speed of light (about 300,000 km per second), the travelling speed of Duc Phat (Upper Buddha) are as follows:

Shakyamuni Buddha can fly at speed 7.22 times greater than speed of light, or faster;

Duc Phat Nhu Lai (Tathāgata Buddha): 6.22 times greater than speed of light;

Duc Phat (Upper Buddha): 5.22 times greater than speed of light

(Normal Astral Man flies at the speed of 1750km/second, equal 0.0059 speed of light)

7- Capability to access Universe information

Universe Information is combination of all information in the whole Universe. This information combination is stored at the frontier line of the Universe globe. Those who can reach this frontier line can access all information in Universe so can know everything.

The capability to access Universe Information of Duc Phat (Upper Buddha) are as follows:

Shakyamuni Buddha: 100%, so He knows everything;

Duc Phat Nhu Lai (Tathāgata Buddha): 90%

Duc Phat (Upper Buddha): 80%

8- Operation of Duc Phat (Upper) Buddha

In the invisible space, Duc Phat (Noble/Upper Buddha) operates in Councils (see also Ep3- Order of Universe Operation). In particular:

The Highest Universe Council – HUC (Troi name FOGHY): is the standing authority of Troi, lying at the center of Universe. (Troi is the supreme organ of Universe, creating Universe and man – both Rough Man and Astral Man). 13 Duc Phat (Upper Buddha grade 9, 10 & Thuong ton) are members of this Council. Shakyamuni Buddha is the Chair of this Council and Mahasthamaprapta Buddha is the Standing Member. (see alsoEp1- What is Troi?).

Committees under te HUC: all Duc Phat Thuong Ton (Highest/Top Revered Buddha) are leader of each Committee under HUC. Duc Phat (Upper Buddha) are members of each Committee and also head the Sub-committees (under these Committees).

Notes:

All Duc Phat (Upper Buddha) must be conferred by Troi (OAGHY), cannot be self-honoured. There are not Amitabha Buddha (TAGOCOL) and Maitreya Buddha name (ROPA) now.

Duc Phat (Upper Buddha) operates with effect on the whole Universe, including 5 mankind bearing planet, not only on this Earth.
