At the end of January 2020, Troi Supreme Power issued Decrees to confer on Bodhisattva Van Thu (High Buddha Level 8) and Bodhisattva Pho Hien (High Buddha Level 9) the title of Upper Buddha. Below is a brief introduction about them for readers to understand. From now on we will not call them Bodhisattvas anymore, but Upper Buddha.

Life and Work

- In the last incarnation in the Physical space, Upper Buddha HABA CA was born on 11^th of 6^th lunar month, year 1180, i.e. 840 years from 2020. He was a Sri Lankan, named in the ancient Sri Lankan language as BAHA CA. Both his parents were farmers. At the age of 21, he married a daughter from another farmer family. He had 3 children, 2 boys and 1 girl. At the age of 32, he began to cultivate in this incarnation.

Cultivation path

He cultivated following the method of Hinayana Buddhism, had 4 incarnations cultivated in pagoda, as follows:

+ 4 incarnations before the last one: started cultivating in pagoda, had not attained any level;

+ 3 incarnations before the last one: cultivated and attained Tien Than (Divinity) level 3;

+ 1 incarnation before the last one: cultivated and attained Buddha level 6

+ Last incarnation: cultivated and attained High Buddha level 3

- Upper Buddha HABA CA was honoured High Buddha level 3, i.e. attainment of Dao, on 26^th of 8^th lunar month, year 1226, i.e. 794 years from 2020, at the age of 46.

- He died on 18^th of 5^th lunar month year 1256, at the age of 76 when he was High Buddha level 3.

Activities in Troi space

- He died in 1256, as High Buddha level 3 and returned to Troi space to cultivate in the Upper Buddha level.

- In 1525, He was honoured High Buddha level 6 and was assigned to work at DOHIZ Council in the Sub-Committee of Upper Buddha Shakyamuni under the Highest Universal Council FOGHY.

- In 1646, He attained High Buddha level 8, still working at the DOHIZ Council under FOGHY, assisting Shakyamuni Buddha.

- In January 2020, He was conferred the title of Upper Buddha grade 3, Buddha name HABA CA (Powerfulness), became a FOGHY Council Member, working under Shakyamuni’s sub-committee until today.

Mentoring

Upper Buddha HABA CA was mentored by Buddha Shakyamuni from the time when He was High Buddha level 3 until attainment of Upper Buddha grade 3.

He has been working in the Highest Universal Council (FOGHY) for 490 years as of this year 2020, and gradually matured, from High Buddha level 6 to High Buddha level 8 to Upper Buddha grade 3, became a member of the FOGHY Council, making a worthy contribution to the teaching for mankind in the whole Universe to understand about the Existence of Universe, the Laws of Troi, and Three Daos (Troism, Buddhism and Emperorism), guiding men to cultivate to escape the delusion in the mundane world. Remembering his contribution, mankind worship Bodhisattva Manjushri (Van Thu) together with Shakyamuni Buddha in temples, pagodas and churches around the world.

Worshiping

Upper Buddha HABA CA was considered a High Buddha Bodhisattva and is worshiped on the left side of Shakyamuni Buddha on the main Buddha altar in pagodas and temples. By January 2020, the statue of him began to be worshiped as an Upper Buddha in the temples built by Prof. Dich and his disciples in Vietnam.

Life and Work

- In the last incarnation in the Physical space, Upper Buddha LAFA HA was born on 12^th of 8^th lunar month, year At Moa, i.e. year 1372, 648 years from 2020. She was a Nepalese, named in the ancient Nepalese language as BABA CA (female). Both her parents were merchants. At the age of 23, She married a son from another merchant family. She had 2 children, 1 boy and 1 girl. At the age of 35, She began to cultivate in this incarnation.

Cultivation path

She cultivated following the method of Hinayana Buddhism, had 3 incarnations cultivated in pagoda, as follows:

+ 4 incarnations before the last one: started cultivating in pagoda, attained Than Linh (Deity) level 2;

+ 2 incarnations before the last one: cultivated and attained Tien Than (Divinity) level 4;

+ 1 incarnation before the last one: cultivated and attained Buddha level 6

+ Last incarnation: cultivated and attained High Buddha level 2& then 3

- Upper Buddha LAFA HA was honoured High Buddha level 3, i.e. attainment of Dao, on 12^th of 4^th lunar month, year Tan Mui, i.e. year 1426, i.e. 594 years from 2020, at the age of 54.

- She died on 8^th of 8^th lunar month year 1456, at the age of 84 when She was High Buddha level 3.

Activities in Troi space

- She died in 1458, as High Buddha level 3 and returned to Troi space to cultivate in the Upper Buddha level.

- In 1655, She was honoured High Buddha level 6 and was assigned to work at DOHIZ Council in the Sub-Committee of Upper Buddha Shakyamuni under the Highest Universal Council FOGHY.

- In 1836, She attained High Buddha level 9, still working at the DOHIZ Council under FOGHY assisting Shakyamuni Buddha.

- In January 2020, She was conferred the title of Upper Buddha grade 2, Buddha name LAFA HA (Mercifulness), a Mother Buddha, became a FOGHY Council Member, working under Shakyamuni’s sub-committee until today.

Mentoring
